Born with an innate sense of style, creativity and an eye for beauty, Maurice Dadoun’s career speaks for itself. Originally hailing from Israel, his entry into the world of luxury hair services began under the guidance of Jacques Dessange in France. Quickly becoming one of the most sought after hairstylists in Paris, Dadoun received the prestigious title of Creative Director for the Dessange salon, as well as becoming head instructor for various locations within France.

After perfecting his skills as a stylist and trainer, Dadoun moved to New York City where he began working with renowned style guru, Frédéric Fekkai. With a proven track record as the salon’s leading stylist and trainer, he was tapped to help open Fekkai’s first Los Angeles location on Rodeo Drive in 1997. Assuming the position of Creative Director , Dadoun helped to establish Frédéric Fekkai Beverly Hills as a leading luxury salon .

In the latest chapter of his career, Dadoun has also been named Creative Director of the newest Fekkai Salon on Melrose Place in fashionable West Hollywood . Here, he brings his extensive experience, immaculate eye for perfection and a level of education to the staff that is unsurpassed and perfectly attuned to the Fekkai standard.

Dadoun’s career has granted him various opportunities to explore his passion, but also impress the world . Celebrities like Emmy Rossum, Brooke Shields and Patricia Heaton have called upon his style guidance and creative expertise . His work has been seen on the covers of the New York Times Magazine and the Los Angeles Times. Dadoun’s mark can also be seen regularly on the runways in Paris, where he has contributed to shows like Chanel, Guy Laroche, Christian Dior, Vivienne Westwood, Jean Paul Gaultier and Christian Lacroix.

Maurice Dadoun resides in Los Angeles, California. In addition to his passion for all things hair related , Dadoun enjoys using his artistic skills to paint and spends his off-time refining his soccer game. As a valuable member of the Fekkai team, Dadoun will continue to lend his creative vision to the Melrose Place salon.
