To say that Alexander Chouery is charming is certainly an understatement! With a dynamic personality that matches his creativity and artistic style, Alexander is the go-to stylist for women who are looking to make a dramatic change with their style.
With a French and Lebanese background, Alexander honed his skills in Paris, France with training at both the Private Academy of Marciel Lamy and Jacque Dessange. He has since accrued over fifteen years of experience within the industry, becoming one of the most sought after stylists by celebrities, royalty and fashion influentials.
Joining the Fekkai team in 2006, Frédéric was pleased to welcome a talent like Alexander to his already experienced team of stylists.
"Alexander shares in the philosophy of total beauty. When he meets with a client he is always considerate of her look as a whole and takes into account her lifestyle and dedication to her beauty routine. He works to create a style for women that is always right for her personally", says Fekkai.
With a specialty in client makeovers, Alexander seeks to provide women with a signature, personalized look that is at the same time unique, glamorous and flattering. After working at the Fekkai Fifth Avenue Salon, Alexander’s following soon earned him a Creative Director title. Soon after, he was then asked to lead the team at the recently opened Fekkai Greenwich Salon.
Alexander regularly works with top celebrities like Monica Bellucci, Salma Hayak and Hugh Jackman, influentials like Carla Bruni, Cecelia Sarkozy, the Royal family of Saudi and Qatar and fashion industry notables like Diane Von Furstenburg. His expertise has taken him backstage at top fashion shows in both Paris and New York.
Alexander Chouery currently resides in New York City. In his spare time he enjoys being out in the wilderness and racing cars. Alexander continues to lend his creative direction to the staff of the Fekkai Greenwich Salon.
