Fabrice has been part of the Fekkai Organization since 1998. Frédéric invited him to join the team as they both shared a vision of providing total beauty and creating a unique portrait of style for each client. In 2006 Fabrice was named Creative Director of the Fifth Avenue Salon located in the prestigious Henri Bendel department store. He remained there until the opening of New York’s second Fekkai salon in the heart of Soho in January 2007. In 2010 Fabrice was named National Creative Director for the Fekkai salons bringing his creativity and vision to all Fekkai salon professionals.
Born with an innate sense of style, creativity and an eye for beauty, Fabrice Gili’s career speaks for itself. Originally hailing from Bordeaux in the South of France, Fabrice discovered his calling at an early age. As a fourth generation stylist working under his mother at her salon, Fabrice quickly outgrew his surroundings and was invited to Paris to study with Jean Louis David. After three years of learning his technique, Fabrice decided to broaden his knowledge of styling and gain a new perspective in New York City. He left Paris to work at Bruno Dessange. Within his 10 year tenure, he studied under the most influential stylists of our time including Serge Normant, Odile Gilbert, Michel Aleman and Frédéric Fekkai.
Fabrice regularly works with top celebrity clients such as Scarlett Johansson, Sigourney Weaver, Kristin Davis and Paris Hilton, as well as top models that include Naomi Campbell, Raquel Zimmerman, Elle Macpherson, and Selita Ebanks to name a few. Twice a year, Fabrice also leads the renowned Fekkai stylist team for New York Fashion Week and has worked with a variety of high profile designers such as Rag & Bone, Diane Von Furstenberg and Rachel Roy. He has also studied with the most influential stylists of our time including Serge Normant, Odile Gilbert, Michel Aleman and Frédéric Fekkai.
Fabrice combines uptown sophistication with downtown personality. Cutting edge, yet never out of touch, Fabrice can look at his client, understand their desired image and will translate that into a perfect style. Fabrice has the ability to modernize the iconic styles of the past and translate them into a look that is chic and fresh. Fabrice divides his time servicing clients in NYC between the SOHO and 5th Ave locations. He motivates through education at all seven Fekkai salons throughout the year.
